in Monte Carlo,
this morning, Michael Schumacher only qualified in 11th place and Ferrari a re still struggling for even to keep up with the pace of the midfield teams, this is a new low for the team on a whole. but it's nice to see McLaren back on their 98/99 form. i'll admit it, i've always had a soft spot for them because Senna drove for them up till 1994.
then elsewhere, Cardiff...
the biggest team in football history has been once and for all slayed. this entire season was a dismal season for Manchester United, and today they agony ends in yet another defeat in the F.A. Cup finals. played wonderful football for 2 hours, normal time and extra time. then went down in the penalty shootout, 5-4 to Arsenal.
meanwhile, back in headquarters...
i had slept only around 5 to 6 in the morning but got up around 10am. right now i feel like 2bucks worth of change handed back to you in the fish market. i've been drowning myself in beers and sulking in defeats after defeats. its my passion for the things i do that gets the better of me. i should learn to stop using the force and start to think, heaheahae....
well since Man Utd had lost the match as, as the bet goes, all United posters, jerseys, banners, and songs are banned in the house, so i spent my evening bring down my 'Glory Glory Man Utd' huge poster, washed and stored my jersey and ofcourse had to sit and watch the review show over and over again, as the rest of my housemates celebrate their victory.
tomorrow, as the most glamorous race in the Formula One calender kicks off at noon, i will have to sit and watch yet another demeaning performance from Ferrari, seriously the 7 time World Champion doesn't deserve to be treated like this by the press and peers, calling him 'old' and 'lost his edge' and even 'boring'. try putting those Michellin boots on that Ferrari and we'll see what they'll be saying, swallowing their own fumes, but this is racing...
this is sports, you have your ups and downs, like life. i'm only looking forward to one thing right now. returning home and savouring up my life with my family and friends, along the beautiful sight of my home country. Eleanor thanks for trying to cheer me up, when i come down i'll be a regular at Marmalade winks*. i wanna go on a malaysian food eating spree, first place will be penang and ofcourse i wanna go lie down at my most favorate spot in the whole wide world, Chenang Beach, Langkawi...i hope Palo Palo is still open, its this little Jamican style bar on the beach right between AB motel and Pelangi Resort. hey Ricardo, you owe me a trip make sure you get some time off. we'll do a 2night 3day thingy, cool?
